Investor with an invite? Sign in to your portal.

What counts as a company?: One dataroom for one company: its documents, its investors, its share links and its audit log. Your whole team works inside it.
Do investors pay anything?: No. Investors enter by invitation or through a share link you send. The subscription is paid by the company running the room.
What happens after the 14-day trial?: You keep the room on a monthly subscription, billed per company.
Which file types can I upload?: PDF, DOCX, XLSX and markdown. Documents keep their version history, PDFs render inline for investors, and models and updates live in the portal alongside them.
Do you train AI on our documents?: No. We never train on your documents, and neither do the model providers we route to. Every AI request, including the embeddings that power search, runs only on endpoints with zero-data-retention commitments: Claude served on Amazon Bedrock and GPT served on Microsoft Azure. A request that could only be served by a provider that stores prompts or trains is refused. Providers may still run automated abuse screening in real time and retain content only where the law requires it or their safety systems flag it.
Which AI models can investors use?: Investors pick the model per question: Claude Opus, Sonnet or Haiku, served on Amazon Bedrock, or GPT in the Astra and Sol series, served on Microsoft Azure. New versions of each family appear automatically once they are available on a zero-data-retention endpoint. A model without one is never offered.
Can we use our own AI key?: Yes. Add your company's own AI provider key and model usage bills to your provider account instead of ours. The key does not change where requests may go: they still go only to zero-data-retention endpoints, and no provider trains on your documents.
Can our data live in our own database?: Yes, as a dedicated instance: a dedicated copy of AI Dataroom connected to your own database (your own Supabase project) and your own AI provider key, so your documents and records are stored in a database you control. It is scoped and set up with you rather than provisioned instantly. Write to hello@ai-dataroom.com.
Is anything held back for a higher tier?: No. There is one plan. Share-link controls, analytics, AI Q&A with citations, the AI questions log, the shared FAQ pool, bring-your-own-key and the audit log are all included. The dedicated instance changes where the software runs, not which features you get.
